It was a dark saturday night... and I created a blog.

This blog will be filled with my various kitchen adventures as I try out loads of new vegetarian recipes.
My first post will be the Easter dinner I am cooking tomorrow night for friends.
Easter Dinner will be

Scalloped Potato's
Roasted asparagus with lemon
Rosemary dinner rolls
Strawberry spinach salad
Roasted meatless chick'n breast (cornish hen's for the boys)
